Kuwait Aligns 2025–2026 Government Program with Vision 2035

Kuwait has completed preparations for its 2025–2026 government work program. Officials confirmed the new plan supports Kuwait Vision 2035 and includes 141 development projects across various sectors.

This year’s plan marks a major step forward in coordination and planning. For the first time, ministries submitted their work using a unified format. Each project follows shared terms, clear definitions, and structured phases.

The Cabinet received detailed project proposals from all ministries. These plans used common language and organization. As well as this reduced confusion and eliminated duplicate efforts among different government entities.

Each initiative now has a fixed timeline. Ministries must link their projects to long-term strategic goals. Authorities have divided each project into specific phases to ensure better oversight and execution.

One of the program’s key features is the introduction of a unified management system. Every project entry includes deadlines, key performance indicators (KPIs), and assigned responsibilities.

This structured format allows better monitoring by oversight bodies. Internal and external teams can now track project progress more clearly.

The Cabinet also issued a simplified guide to help ministries follow the same process. As well as, this guide contains sections for names, descriptions, goals, expected results, and strategic alignment.

It also outlines potential challenges, coordination requirements, and ways to close any planning gaps. In addition ministries must explain how their projects match the country’s development goals.

If a ministry used unclear language or submitted vague proposals, officials worked with them to improve the quality. Now, all submissions match national priorities and are written in a clear and consistent format.

The 2025–2026 plan reflects a major shift in the government’s approach. Kuwait now emphasizes transparency, clarity, and strong coordination. Ministries no longer act separately. So instead, they work toward one shared vision.

Every initiative in the program is tied to Kuwait Vision 2035. The strategy focuses on building a strong, sustainable, and diversified national economy.

The government’s new methods ensure that projects remain on schedule and on target. Officials will track results and performance more effectively than ever before.

With this final version, the government program serves not only as a yearly roadmap but also as a detailed guide to reaching Kuwait’s national goals. However each project will contribute to long-term progress under Kuwait Vision 2035.
