Kuwait Airways has begun adopting artificial intelligence (AI) technologies across all operational sectors, confirmed Chairman Abdulmohsen Al-Fagaan.

Al-Fagaan stated that AI will enhance market analysis by identifying individual travel trends and preferences.
This will allow Kuwait Airways to tailor offers more precisely, creating a personalized passenger experience.
Al-Fagaan added that smart technologies will reduce operational costs and improve revenue in the coming years.
He believes Kuwait Airways embraces AI innovation to remain competitive and stay aligned with global aviation trends.
“AI boosts efficiency, reduces expenses, and enhances profitability,” he told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Monday.
He stressed that modern systems will support Kuwait Airways in its ambition to be a regional aviation leader.
At the exhibition, Al-Fagaan praised Arabian Travel Market as a vital global platform for the industry.
He highlighted the event’s role in connecting leaders in travel, tourism, and hospitality from across the world.
The airline remains committed to showcasing innovations and strengthening Kuwait’s presence in international aviation forums.
Beginning in June and July, the airline will launch flights to ten new cities in the Middle East and Europe.
These include Alexandria, Luxor, Antalya, Bodrum, Trabzon, Sharm El-Sheikh, Malaga, Salalah, Vienna, and Sarajevo.
Flight frequencies will range from two to four trips weekly depending on the destination.
These new routes reflect Kuwait Airways’ commitment to providing travelers with diverse leisure and cultural experiences.
Al-Fagaan concluded by affirming Kuwait Airways’ focus on developing systems and achieving major service milestones this year.
With a modern fleet and decades of experience, the airline plans to elevate service quality in the next phase.
Arabian Travel Market 2025 runs until Thursday at Dubai World Trade Centre, hosting 2,800 exhibitors from 161 destinations.
