The green industrial solutions market in Saudi Arabia is about to grow. CleanGo Innovations Inc. will partner with Sanad Industrial Co. Ltd to build a manufacturing facility for the oil and gas sector. The joint venture will supply eco-friendly chemical products for oil services in Saudi Arabia, the MENA region, and Gulf Cooperation Council markets.
The new venture, CleanGo Arabia Ltd., will produce certified green products for different oilfield uses. Sanad is owned by EROG Holdings, a leading service provider in Saudi Arabia’s energy market. EROG will add local market knowledge, logistics support, and full-service solutions to help the project succeed.
The facility will make products such as CleanGo’s flagship CG-100. This product works for waterflood enhancement, wellbore cleaning, frac port cleaning, flowline cleaning, facility cleaning, completion systems, and replacing diluents during well closures. As a result, the green industrial solutions plan will boost both performance and environmental safety.
CleanGo CEO Anthony Sarvucci said the partnership will speed up the company’s growth in Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas sector. He explained that the project supports CleanGo’s goal of combining efficiency with environmental care. Sanad CEO Ali Al Kaabi added that blending Sanad’s local strength with CleanGo’s technology will give customers more value. It will also help meet Vision 2030’s goal of more local production.
Earlier this year, CleanGo started Kubera Black Energy Inc., a subsidiary for the global oil and gas market. Kubera Black Energy works on building partnerships, winning contracts, and filling gaps in the market. The company plans to hire experienced leaders to target new opportunities. CleanGo also hopes to list Kubera Black Energy on public markets while keeping majority ownership.
Overall, CleanGo Innovations, based in Vancouver, makes certified green, non-toxic, and sustainable cleaning and industrial products. It serves retail, commercial, and industrial customers, with growing interest in oil and gas services. With the new Saudi facility, the green industrial solutions project will bring innovation, sustainability, and new business opportunities to the region’s energy industry.
