Canal View Retail Section Grows with Yas Salon and New Openings

The Canal View retail section continues to grow as new businesses open and expand services for residents and visitors in Bahrain. Yas Salon officially launched its operations at the development, offering a fresh concept for women’s beauty and self-care.

Located on the ground floor, Yas Salon delivers a modern relaxation experience with a unique and innovative design. It enhances the overall appeal of the Canal View retail section, which overlooks the scenic canal on Dilmunia Island in Muharraq Governorate.

Naseej Company, the real estate developer behind Canal View, celebrated the opening with a visit from its CEO and several project managers. They toured the site and met with company representatives and business owners now operating in the area.

In fact, Yas Salon is the third brand to open its doors at the Canal View retail section since the start of 2025. This momentum highlights Naseej’s strategy to attract premium hospitality, entertainment, and leisure brands to the development. The company has also kept construction on schedule and handed over retail spaces to tenants as planned.

Additionally, the CEO visited View Supermarket, which launched its first branch in Bahrain within the retail area. The store offers a wide range of consumer goods, food products, and daily essentials to serve the growing residential community.

The tour included a stop at the newly opened Meg Nation fitness center, which provides high-quality wellness and exercise programs. Officials discussed the potential for future growth and partnership opportunities in the area.

Furthermore, the visit featured an inspection of Pilates Time, a health studio currently under construction. It is expected to open in September and become a leading Pilates destination in Bahrain.

Naseej Company also confirmed a recent agreement with Bahrain Polytechnic to establish a new university campus at the location. This educational expansion will support students in a vibrant learning environment along the Canal View waterfront.

Overall, the development of the Canal View retail section reflects Naseej’s ongoing commitment to quality, innovation, and community engagement.
