Barzani Highlights Development Path as Key to Iraq’s Prosperity

Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani emphasized that the development path is a major step toward Iraq’s prosperity. He made these remarks on Saturday during the Baghdad Dialogue Conference.

Barzani expressed strong support for the development path project. He stated that this initiative will strengthen Iraq’s position in the Middle East. He highlighted that Kurdistan firmly believes political and economic stability benefits all of Iraq. True development requires cooperation between Baghdad and Erbil. Additionally, Iraq must engage with neighboring countries to ensure regional progress.

Barzani emphasized that this conference represents Iraq’s vision for regional integration. He stressed that long-term stability depends on partnership, not division. Development and prosperity demand cooperation rather than conflict. The Development Road Project is a crucial step toward economic growth, stronger regional ties, and a more stable Iraq.

He reiterated that Iraq’s prosperity depends on working together. Strengthening economic foundations and regional partnerships will lead to long-term stability. Barzani thanked Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani for promoting dialogue and cooperation.

By embracing regional partnerships, Iraq can achieve greater economic success. Barzani underlined that Iraq’s prosperity hinges on collaboration between Baghdad, Erbil, and neighboring nations. Moving forward, Iraq must focus on unity, economic growth, and regional integration.
