Bahrain’s Table Tennis Team Begins Serbia Training Camp

The Bahrain national table tennis team has started a critical training camp in Serbia ahead of the regional qualifiers. This focused preparation runs from April 5 to 15 and comes right before an important competition.

Countdown to West Asian Qualifiers

The team is preparing for the West Asian qualifiers for the London 2026 World Team Championship. This regional event will be held in Dammam on April 18 and 19. With the qualifiers approaching fast, the team is training with full dedication.

Leadership and Coaching Support

Fareed Al-Dosari, Chairman of the Referees Committee, leads the delegation with strong focus and energy. He ensures the players stay organized and motivated throughout the training. Coach Slobodan Taskovic, a respected Serbian expert, is managing the technical sessions. His hands-on coaching helps players improve speed, tactics, and teamwork.

Players Show Determination

Three top players represent Bahrain during this camp: Rashid Sanad, Mohammed Abbas, and Sayed Murtadha Hussain. Each athlete brings experience and enthusiasm to the court. Together, they aim to raise Bahrain’s performance level on the international stage.
