The Development and Procedures Standardization Team at the Office of the Assistant Undersecretary for Planning and Organization at the Ministry of Interior has organized an introductory workshop on electronic reporting using the “Hakomati” application, in coordination with Seef Properties.
The workshop aimed to raise digital awareness and streamline communication between citizens and relevant government entities.
Targeting employees working in Bahrain’s commercial malls, the session introduced participants to the step-by-step process for submitting digital reports through the app.
Officials emphasized that this initiative supports faster response times, enhances operational efficiency, and promotes smart governance across public service platforms.
The move aligns with the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to advance digital transformation and provide user-friendly channels for interacting with security and service-related authorities.
By empowering commercial staff with the knowledge and tools to report electronically, the Ministry hopes to foster a more responsive and efficient digital work environment.
The “Hakomati” app continues to evolve as a key digital platform in Bahrain’s e-government ecosystem, designed to simplify citizen access to various services and facilitate real-time communication.
This workshop reflects a broader commitment to modernizing public services, improving service delivery, and supporting the Kingdom’s vision of a digitally integrated society.
