Jusour Board Reviews Labor Market Strategy to Support Qatar’s National Vision 2030

The Board of Directors of Qatar Manpower Solutions Co. (Jusour) convened its regular meeting yesterday to review ongoing efforts aimed at strengthening the national labor market.

The meeting was chaired by Minister of Labour Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri, who also serves as Chairman of Jusour. Discussions focused on Jusour’s comprehensive plan to attract and deploy a skilled workforce that meets Qatar’s long-term economic and development needs.

The Jusour labor market strategy is aligned with the pillars of Qatar National Vision 2030. It emphasizes building a productive and resilient labor force across key sectors, including infrastructure, healthcare, education, and emerging technologies.

Board members evaluated current progress and reviewed new initiatives designed to improve labor mobility, reduce skill gaps, and ensure workforce sustainability. Officials reaffirmed the company’s role in bridging the needs of employers with an efficient recruitment framework.
