A signing ceremony held at Harrods’ Knightsbridge store in London marked the announcement. Senior executives from all three entities were in attendance. The partnership aims to elevate customer satisfaction by combining luxury retail with cutting-edge payment technology.

Adel Ali Al Malki, Senior Executive Vice President of QNB Group Retail Banking, emphasized the alliance’s value. He stated it reflects QNB’s commitment to delivering top-tier financial products. These products enrich shopping and travel experiences while ensuring security and convenience.
Michael Ward, Managing Director of Harrods, highlighted the strategic importance of the partnership as part of Harrods’ international expansion. Visa’s VP and General Manager for Qatar and Kuwait, Shashank Singh, underscored the significance of the collaboration in enhancing cardholder experiences.
