The second edition of the Future Women Leaders Forum 2025 will take place on March 8 at InterContinental Dubai Festival City. This forum aims to celebrate International Women’s Day by featuring a distinguished group of female leaders and change-makers from various sectors.
The event will feature engaging panel discussions and fireside chats, offering valuable insights on overcoming challenges and achieving professional goals. The discussions will inspire women to pursue leadership roles in their respective industries.
Tristar Group’s Partnership with Gulf News and BeingShe
Dubai-based Tristar Group, a leader in global energy logistics, has partnered with Gulf News and BeingShe to host the event. Tristar Group’s CEO, Eugene Mayne, will deliver the welcome address. Mayne emphasizes that advancing women’s empowerment requires collective efforts. “We see the Future Women Leaders Forum as an opportunity to celebrate successful women and encourage greater equality,” he says. He adds that such forums help break down barriers and challenge stereotypes to create inclusive environments for women.
Inspiring Conversations and Insights
The forum’s curated agenda will highlight women’s leadership strategies. During the panel discussion titled “Lessons in Leadership: Winning Strategies,” women leaders will share experiences on overcoming obstacles and driving innovation. Sara Boueri, Group Vice President of People & Culture at CAFU, will participate in the discussion. In a fireside chat titled “Women Rising: The Unseen Challenges,” Ahlam Bolooki, CEO of the Emirates Literature Foundation, will discuss her journey in the literary field and how the Emirates Literature Festival supports women writers globally.

Danya Al Mulla, TV personality and entrepreneur, will also speak at the event. She reflects on her media journey and entrepreneurship. “These forums provide that sense of connection and validation. They remind women that leadership doesn’t have one definition,” says Al Mulla. She encourages women to trust their abilities and embrace challenges.
