To use the Happiness Vehicle, residents can book a time slot in advance by calling Dubai Municipality’s toll-free customer service hotline at 800900. The service operates daily from 9 am to 2:30 pm. Residents can select a time that works best for them, making it a flexible and accessible solution for busy schedules.
