The Secretary General expressed confidence in the direction of the GCC. He noted that the council’s decisions continue to build trust among the member states. He also encouraged every delegation to maintain active engagement in upcoming sessions.

In closing, he thanked all ministerial and technical committees for their hard work. He noted that their consistent efforts bring positions closer and advance regional collaboration. He affirmed that teamwork and determination continue to shape the GCC as a strong model of cooperation.
