Bahrain Empowers Youth Through Direct Dialogue and Creative Engagement

The Ministry of Youth Affairs continues to promote youth empowerment in Bahrain through dialogue and creative initiatives. This effort supports Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030, which aims to engage young citizens in shaping a sustainable and innovative nation.

Minister of Youth Affairs Rawya bint Najib Tawfiqi reaffirmed that youth opinions play a vital role in national progress. She said their ideas help build stronger communities and drive new achievements.

Moreover, she emphasized that direct communication with young people builds trust and inspires action. It allows the Ministry to discover potential, exchange knowledge, and spark creativity among Bahrain’s youth.

The meeting took place within the “Hadith” initiative, which focuses on encouraging youth empowerment in Bahrain. The program strengthens dialogue between officials and young people, helping them share new ideas and influence future policies.

The Minister explained that listening to youth is more than engagement—it’s a duty. She added that their voices inspire national projects that reflect Bahrain’s values and vision.

During the session, discussions covered several key topics. Participants talked about promoting health awareness, improving supportive environments, and developing healthy lifestyle programs for youth. They also explored ways to link creativity with well-being.

Young participants expressed appreciation for the open communication. They said the meeting encouraged them to think differently, set goals, as well as contribute positively to their communities.

In addition, they praised the Ministry’s efforts to motivate them through workshops and national programs. Many agreed that such initiatives strengthen confidence and expand opportunities for youth empowerment in Bahrain.

The “Hadith” initiative has already achieved impressive results. Its first edition included eight youth sessions where 68 ideas were presented. Some projects are now active, while others are part of future development plans.

Through this continuous exchange, Bahrain proves that the nation’s strength lies in its youth. With creativity, ambition, and determination, young Bahrainis are shaping a brighter tomorrow.
