Fakhro: Royal Address Sets Clear Path for Bahrain’s Future Progress

Jamal Mohammed Fakhro, First Deputy Chairman of the Shura Council, praised the recent Royal Address as a renewed guiding framework that defines Bahrain’s priorities for the next phase. He emphasized that the address reflects Bahrain’s national development vision and highlights the country’s determination to achieve steady progress through unity and commitment.

Fakhro explained that the Royal Address delivered during the opening of the fourth session of the sixth legislative term sets out a comprehensive vision for the nation’s future. It outlines major goals across political, economic, social, and developmental fields. According to him, this vision requires collective efforts from all sectors to ensure continuous advancement and sustainable growth.

He noted that the annual Royal Address reaffirms the consistency of Bahrain’s democratic process and the stability of its national approach. Moreover, it serves as a roadmap for legislative and executive institutions to align their actions with shared national objectives. Fakhro stated that the Shura Council views the address as a renewed call to action, encouraging all parties to focus on the country’s strategic priorities and aspirations for prosperity.

During a recent committee meeting, members discussed the themes and national dimensions of the Royal Address. They reviewed a draft response that reflects the core ideas and forward-looking directives of the speech. The discussions centered on how best to translate the key messages into practical initiatives that strengthen the country’s progress.

Fakhro highlighted that the committee carefully analyzed the address because of its broad significance for Bahrain’s national development vision. He said the themes touch on essential areas such as political reform, financial sustainability, and social stability. Additionally, the committee considered global developments that could influence Bahrain’s strategic direction. Through collaboration, the members aim to create a response that truly embodies the spirit of the Royal Address and support.

He stressed that the Shura Council remains committed to turning the Royal Address into real action through new legislative measures. The Council will continue close coordination with the executive branch to ensure that all goals align with national priorities. This cooperation, Fakhro noted, is vital to maintaining momentum toward Bahrain’s national development vision and achieving long-term progress.

As Bahrain looks toward the future, the Royal Address stands as a symbol of unity, determination, and optimism. It reaffirms the country’s unwavering commitment to shaping a brighter tomorrow for its people through consistent leadership and shared purpose.
