Bahrain Showcases Creative Spirit at the “Oh Ya Mal” Art Exhibition

Bahrain is celebrating creativity through the Royal Humanitarian Foundation’s latest event, the “Oh Ya Mal” art exhibition. This inspiring showcase brings together talented artists from the Foundation to highlight the beauty of Bahrain’s sea-inspired identity. “Oh Ya Mal” art exhibition reflects both culture and creativity throughout this display of artistic expression from all over Bahrain.

The “Oh Ya Mal” art exhibition officially opened at Marassi Al Bahrain Mall, near Gate No. 1. The event runs from October 7 to 14 and welcomes visitors daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Each artwork tells a unique story that connects the audience to Bahrain’s maritime heritage and deep cultural roots, showcasing artistic expression in the region.

The exhibition features 15 gifted artists presenting 58 paintings that capture the essence of the sea, diving, and marine life. However, these themes reflect the heart of Bahraini history and its timeless connection to the ocean. The art serves as a beautiful example of artistic expression within Bahrain.

Mai Al Saie, Director of the Charity Resources Development Department, expressed her excitement about the event. She emphasized that the Foundation organized this exhibition to nurture its students’ artistic talents, a prime example of fostering artistic expression in Bahrain.

In addition, she shared that the proceeds from the exhibition will go directly to the participating visual artists. This approach helps strengthen their motivation and supports their creative journey. It also encourages them to continue sharing their vision with the community, a true testament to artistic expression thriving within Bahrain.

Visitors can expect more than beautiful paintings. They can also meet the artists, learn about their inspirations, as explore the connection between culture and creativity. The Royal Humanitarian Foundation aims to use art as a bridge between imagination and social support.
