The agreement was formalized by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Tennis Federation, and Janko Tipsarević, head of the Serbian academy. The signing ceremony was attended by Federation Secretary General Fouad Al-Ruwaie and academy representative Darko Plavtic.
