Winners of the 2025 Akhlaquna and Akhlaquna Junior Awards were honored during a special ceremony at Education City. The event highlighted the power of moral values and community leadership among youth across Qatar and the Gulf region.
This year’s celebration placed a strong focus on celebrating ethical values, which echoed throughout the ceremony.
Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani, Vice Chairperson and CEO of Qatar Foundation, personally recognized the winners. Her presence reinforced the Foundation’s commitment to character development and ethical education.
The Akhlaquna Day ceremony took place at Multaqa, the Education City Student Center, and drew a large audience that included ministers, officials, and proud families.
The awards spotlighted 14 individuals who led community initiatives promoting compassion, integrity, and respect. These winners came from both Qatar and other Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Their projects tackled issues such as social inclusion, environmental responsibility, and education, demonstrating the broad reach of the award’s values.
By “celebrating ethical values,” Qatar Foundation continues to shape a culture of integrity among its students and youth. The Akhlaquna Junior Awards, also presented during the event, encouraged younger children to act with kindness and responsibility from an early age.
These junior winners displayed creativity, empathy, and a commitment to positive change in their schools and communities.
The ceremony was not just about recognition. It was a moment to inspire future leaders and to remind the public of the importance of moral strength in shaping societies.
Through powerful speeches and touching moments, the spirit of “celebrating ethical values” resonated with everyone in attendance.
Qatar Foundation plans to expand these programs further in the coming years. As the world evolves, initiatives like Akhlaquna serve as a reminder that values such as honesty, respect, and service are timeless and essential.
